Lauren and I decided to get out of Denmark for awhile, and headed across the Øresund bridge to Malmo, Sweden.

The next morning, I cooked a "traditional" Danish breakfast for Lauren. Eggs, Frikadellers (not shown), and a Danish! (Although the Danes call them Vienna Bread... they are so modest, they don't even take credit for their own creation!)
